Keep doing them one by one.
They are important for you.
They will help you find what you must do next.
They will help you find new changes in front of you.
Then you will choose what to do.
Move and act first for the better.

real action. Then you may see your way ahead. Then you may find your
new way ahead. Try it. Have courage for yourself.
