A Notice (the Festival of Full Moon at Our Shrine in Okinawa)
September 12 (August 15 according to the lunar calendar) is the day of a big festival at our shrine in Okinawa. It is the festival of full moon. It is the day that a person who was playing the role of Father God together with Hatsu Higa, late mother of Yoshimaru Higa, received a divine greeting and accepted his own role. On this day, a new energy of masculine will appear again. And it will be the day of taking a good balance between the Yin and the Yang in our divine works. For this day, we made a new good luck charm for celebration. It is called “Full Moon Good Luck Charm”.
