Thank you for your cooperation.
We will do our prayer at 4pm today.
Please pray with us so that no prejudice and discrimination will take place.
Let me explain why.
I heard from one of our assistants today as a real story. It actually happened.
There was a dwelling facility that asked the people who visited the place for stay the “certificate that they were radiation free”. There are many suffered people from disasters who have lost their houses and asked to stay at this facility. They must have been exhausted when they went there. To these people, the place asked for the certificate that they were free from radiation, that they are not suffered from radiation. Amazing!
I was afraid that there would be this kind of rejection. It is based on prejudice and discrimination. This is a secondary reaction to the sufferers. When my mother was hit by an atomic bomb in Hiroshima in 1945, she experienced the same thing. I heard this from her.
Humans sometimes can be the prisoners of terrifying discrimination and prejudice out of “fear”.
Now we are facing the very important moment, critical moment in Japan, and all of us should overcome this serious moment. If anyone has this kind of attitude of prejudice and discrimination at this point, I am afraid that it will eventually ruin the basics of the country of Japan itself . Such a horrible thing, it will be. A panic is dreadful in many ways.
Please do judge thing in a quiet and cool way yourself and see the thing that is happening.
Let me tell you what may happen from now on.
As I wrote in my former blogs, many things such as fuels, foods, supplies, water, etc. will be in shortage throughout Japan. And we can easily predict that the financial world will face many sporadic happenings: plunge in the stock market, currency crisis and bankruptcies, etc.
This major natural disaster in Japan will surely influence the entire world in the long run.
So the important thing is to try to act in a stable way. Every one of us in Japan must cooperate to each other and try to overcome difficulties together.
Now the most impending matter will be the supply of foods. The Japanese Government will do its best but we individually should act accordingly as well. Many things may happen. Some may label the crops from the northern parts of Japan or North Kanto Area, such as foods, weeds, sea crops and serials as “contaminated by radiation”. When this happens, people never buy any of them. It can happen that people will not buy even the products coming from areas which has nothing to do with radiation. A bad chain reaction.
Now we can see many ways to deal with radiation. We can learn what to do if we actually suffer from radiation. We can learn what is good for us one by one.
Now is the time that we can see to each other, trust to each other and cooperate with each other. So I am asking you to pray together!
